The vendor is required to provide cost allocation reporting services shall include, but are not limited to:
• Vendor will secure at its own expense all personnel required to perform cost allocation reporting services.
• Vendor, and personnel under their supervision, and subcontractors will be fully qualified to perform all cost allocation reporting services.
• It is preferred that the vendor, their personnel, and subcontractors have the capability of working remotely.
• Vendor will be responsible for developing a central services cost allocation plan which identifies the various costs incurred by county to support and administer programs that provide services directly to the residents in the county.
• The plan will contain a determination of the allowable cost of providing each supporting services such a purchasing, legal counsel, disbursement processing, etc.
• Vendor will prepare indirect cost proposals for federal grants, as necessary.
• Vendor will be prepared to negotiate the completed cost allocation plan with representatives of the state or federal government, whichever will be applicable.
