The Vendor is required to provide a comprehensive digital platform that integrates a cross-platform mobile application(Android and iOS), a web-based administration portal, and a unified Supabase backend. This initiative is designed to enhance civic engagement, streamline access to public information, and modernize the delivery of city services through mobile, web, and emerging immersive technologies.
• React Native mobile app deployed with Expo EAS, targeting both iOS and Android.
• Web Administration Portal built in Next.js or Nuxt, hosted on Vercel with CI/CD pipelines linked to GitHub.
• Supabase backend for authentication, data storage, file handling, and real-time synchronization.
• AI Assistant (“Ask Daytona”) integrating OpenAI GPT for context-aware responses limited to city owned data.
• GIS & AR/VR modules leveraging ArcGIS and Agents of Discovery APIs for interactive park and facility experiences.
• Notification System using Resend (email), Twilio (SMS), and Expo Notifications (push) with full subscription management.
