The Vendor is required to provide to perform pre-employment investigations and background screening services as part of agency hiring process.
- Hire high-quality, qualified, trustworthy, and responsible personnel.
- Receive high quality comprehensive background screening reports to inform hiring decisions.
- Receive timely submission of background reports to ensure no delays in the hiring process.
- Provide Consultant with the required documentation submitted by the applicant to agency when pre-employment investigation and background screening services are required.
- Consultant shall properly secure all physical documents and properly restrict and protect all electronic files that are in the custody and control of the Consultant at all times.
- The investigation shall be confidential and no information shall be shared with anyone other than the agency personnel who are designated and authorized to receive information. The authorized personnel shall be provided to the Consultant in writing.
- The Consultant shall use the information provided by the agency Manager to conduct a thorough pre-employment investigation and background screening of the candidate.
- Applicants shall be interviewed over the phone.
- The Personal History statement shall be reviewed with the applicant for any clarifications that may be necessary.
- Criminal Records Review.
- The same questions shall be asked of all references, unless areas are identified requiring further investigation.
- Interview Objective is to get an understanding of the kid of employee they are/were and their job performance.
- An Employment Verification Form will be requested to be completed by the employer. The form will request employment dates, job title, disciplinary record, and performance evaluations.
