Electronic Health Record Management System

The vendor required to provide electronic health record (EHR) management system to individuals experiencing mental health, substance use, or psychosocial crises and delivers trauma-informed, person-centered services aimed at stabilization, safety, and connection to ongoing supports.
- System functionality must include:
•    Ability to hold information on community outreach client interactions.
•    Ability to hold medical records and standard records information.
•    Ability to receive referrals for service into the system.
•    Ability to manage access to client cases and information.
•    A way to collect signatures.
•    A billing capability to bill insurance companies.
•    Be able to use custom county forms.
•    Ability to upload documents to system.
•    Ability to send documents for clients.
•    A portal for clients to access their information.
•    Send notifications to clients. (Appointment information etc.).
•    Have reporting capabilities.
•    Have the ability to open up cases on demand.
•    Be able to document contact and call information.
•    Support mobile version of software so staff can use in the field.
