The Vendor is required to provide a comprehensive communications platform that provides integrated website and mobile app design and maintenance, along with robust mass communication capabilities. The system must allow the District to publish messages to families, staff, and the broader community simultaneously across multiple channels. The platform should be user-friendly, intuitive for users of varying technical skill levels, fully ADA compliant, and include built-in failsafe’s to ensure reliable communication.
