Portfolio and Resource Management Enterprise Solution

The vendor required to provide Project Portfolio Management (PPM) platform is at end-of-life (“EOL”) and will be no longer available beginning September 2026, creating a need to begin identifying potential alternatives.
- Tool provides access and collaboration in projects including documentation, access, dashboards and is used for project planning resource management across the it shared services organization to resource projects completed with business partners.
- This tool creates an opportunity to address shortcomings of the current platform, allowing the province to enhance areas such as portfolio and resource management, improved reporting and dashboards, better collaboration between multiple projects and departments, as well as the elimination of redundancy between delivery areas thanks to potential data integrations.
