1. Browser support
• Application supported by latest browser versions (current version - 3) (edge, chrome, Firefox, and safari).
• Application is web responsive for use on multiple device types - desktop, laptop, tablet, phone.
• Application is graphical user interface (GUI).
• The user interfaces are WCAG-compliant 2.1.
• The application supports language translation.
2. Multi device platform support
• The solution is compatible with windows 11, SharePoint and microsoft outlook and other o365 products.
• The solution is compatible with phones, iOS devices, tablets, laptops and computers.
• The application should allow for single sign on (from admin side).
3. Data storage and backup
• Client data can be exported (at client's discretion- regular or bulk upon end of contract).
• Data is available 24/7 (except agreed to defined maintenance windows).
• The solution retains data for a period acceptable to the city.
• Data is owned by the client and must be specifically stated in service level agreement (SLA).
4. Security
• Access to web portal uses standard web security and encryption (via SSL).
• Solution must allow for role-based security, permissions and user maintenance.
• Users, groups and permissions can be managed by city staff (it would hold account creation rights).
• System allows for audit trail of application tasks, processes and data changes and user access.
• System adheres to country privacy laws and antispam legislation.
• The vendor must undergo security audits and third-party security reviews
• System must identify duplicate usernames and prompt admin to ensure unique users are setup.
5. Support
• Provides support to city staff (email, telephone, web portal ticket system)
• The proponent must have and maintain a disaster recovery (DR) plan to handle significant service outages.
6. Auditing
• The solution has auditing functions.
