RFP Description

The vendor required to provide digital curriculum and a learning management system to help students, parents, teachers and administrators manage student progress through the curriculum.
- Requirement:
•    The digital curriculum and learning management system must permit agency to provide personalized education to accommodate for the individual needs of each student flexing time, pace, place, and path. 
•    The digital curriculum must contain a full range of high school curriculum that aligns with state standards and allows agency to fulfill state graduation requirements. 
•    Most courses in the digital curriculum should be prescriptive, providing pre-tests and post-tests throughout to modify the curriculum needed by each individual student. 
•    Classes in the digital curriculum must be adaptable to meet students’ IEP and 504 needs. 
•    Teachers must be able to manipulate the digital curriculum to make modifications to meet state requirements. 
•    The learning management system must contain features that help students, parents, teachers, and administrators manage student progress through the curriculum. 
•    All staff must be permitted to access and use the learning management system to track and report student progress. 
•    The learning management system must, at a minimum, provide a service for tracking the following: student performance and data management; and role-based reporting and communications. 
•    The digital curriculum and learning management system must be secure and designed, developed, and deployed in accordance with industry acceptable standards and adhere to applicable legal, statutory, or regulatory compliance obligations.
- Digital curriculum
•    The features, functions, tools, and capabilities of the digital curriculum. 
•    The catalog of courses included in the digital curriculum. 
•    System administration and customer support related to the digital curriculum.
•    Any marketing materials or data sheets pertaining to the digital curriculum that you feel are relevant. 
•    Feedback or reviews from past or present client schools as well as from students or parents who have used the digital curriculum. 
•    Provide a detailed alignment of how each high school class aligns with state curriculum standards. 
•    Agency may elect to procure an offeror’s curriculum but not the learning management system. 
•    Indicate whether the curriculum integrates with canvas, whether agency can use mastery paths with the curriculum, and whether there support to set up mastery paths in canvas with the curriculum.
- Learning management system
•    The features, functions, tools, and capabilities of the learning management system. 
•    System administration and customer support related to the learning management system. 
•    Attachment of any marketing materials or data sheets pertaining to the learning management system that you feel are relevant. 
•    Feedback or reviews from past or present client schools as well as from students or parents who have used the learning management system.
