• Issue, track, and manage virtual parking permits for multiple user groups and permit types.
• Support for permit inventory, fulfillment, payment, billing, and revenue reporting.
• Enable permit holders to update vehicle registration information.
• Manage waitlists for oversubscribed permit types, including automated notifications and offer workflows.
• Process permits returns, exchanges, proration, and refunds.
• Configure and manage sales tax for applicable permit types.
• Ability for customers to select and purchase eligible permits.
2. Citation management
• Issue citations and warnings, with integration to DMV lookup services.
• Accept and process citation payments, billing, and exportation to third-party collections.
• Administer and report on citation appeals, including online submission and tracking.
• Provide dashboard and ad-hoc reporting for citation activity.
• Integrate with boot and tow services and enforce university policies.
