The Vendor is required to provide must be a secure, scalable, and user-friendly office reservation and booking system that supports flexible work arrangements across the province’s hybrid use facilities, enabling the province’s employees to reserve workspaces, meeting rooms, and shared resources efficiently and electronically.
- Perform all professional services for software implementation, including but not limited to:
• Configuration;
• Customization;
• Implementation;
• Integration;
• Testing;
• Go-Live Support; and
• Post Go-Live Support.
- Provide technical support for the Solution post go-live. This includes, but is not limited to:
• Direct as-needed communication to troubleshoot issues related to the Solution functionalities/features; and
• Provide guidance to the Province on customization of the Solutions fields/reports, importing data, exporting data, technical support, etc.
- Provide administrator and user training for provincial employees that enables the Province’s employees to effectively configure, use, and train other users on the solution.
- Deployment and Implementation: Deployment and Implementation planning should account for a phased implementation allowing for the potential implementation of a base product for all or partial Partners with the further deployment to production of modules/features over the implementation period to allow for training and user change management of various groups.
