The Vendor is required to provide a software solution for the code enforcement division department.
- The City is in need of a cloud-based software tool that will allow its users in the code enforcement division to access data aligned with improvement and progress monitoring needs.
- The users require rapid access to data and reports that monitor the progress of code enforcement allowing them to make both tactical and strategic decisions.
- The tool will allow the users access to a single system for these data governed by documented rules.
- Mandatory Requirements
• Cloud solution - this tool must be deployed as a cloud solution.
• Code enforcement management - must provide a system with customizable workflows and field tools.
• Mobile access - must provide a real-time, user friendly system with field access through mobile devices such as iPadOS, tablets and laptops.
• Reporting capabilities - must include business intelligence (bi) tools, audit logs, real-time dashboards and custom reports, system-wide analytics.
• GIS integrations - must provide GIS and enterprise options that include real-time parcel updates with dashboards and reporting.
• Notices and forms - must provide the ability to create digital notices and forms, preferably auto generated, and the ability to edit as needed.
• Citizen portal - must provide a public portal for both applicants, and contractors.
• Fee and payment tracking - must provide fee and payment tracking system that includes invoices and late fee assessment capabilities.
- The tool’s ability to support both transactional and summarized database connections, with a variety of data sources.
- The tools capabilities to build and quickly deploy dashboards that are available via web interface to users.
- The tools ability to create rich dashboards that interactively display a dense array of information in a small amount of space in a manner that communicates clearly and immediately.
- This should include an identification of the metrics reported and any features available within the reports for additional user interaction.
- Provide a solution that allows reports and forms that include logos, emblems, and/or other material used to identify the City.
