Professional Services for Telemetry and SCADA System

The Vendor is required to provide professional services related to telemetry and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems.
- The services will include integration and maintenance of the master SCADA system for agency water distribution network and treatment plant operations.
- The goal is to improve reliability, security, operational efficiency, and system performance across all water treatment and distribution facilities.
- Assessment & Evaluation
•    Conduct a comprehensive evaluation of all existing telemetry and SCADA components, including control panels, RTUs/PLCs, communication networks, software, and instrumentation.
•    Assess system functionality, communication reliability, and cybersecurity vulnerabilities.
- Prepare design, implementation, and maintenance plans for hardware, software, and communication elements as needed to achieve the goal.
- Recommend cost-effective and scalable technology solutions compatible with future expansion.
- Provide integration oversight, and system commissioning support.
- Coordinate system testing and staff training for telemetry and SCADA systems.
- Work with established IT consultants to incorporate secure communication protocols and redundant data paths for system resilience.
