The vendor required to provide media monitoring and outreach distribution platform to support institutional reputation management, strategic communications, and internal reporting.
- The platform will be used primarily by the media relations team within university relations, with limited additional users in advancement and external relations.
- Requirement:
1. Platform subscription and access
• Provide access to the platform for up to ten (10) named users with authoring and administrative permissions, with role-based access controls as proposed;
• Maintain the platform in a secure, hosted environment for the term(s) of the agreement;
• Provide all standard updates, enhancements, and maintenance included in the subscription during the agreement term.
2. Implementation and configuration
• Initial platform setup, installation and configuration;
• Configuration or recreation of core monitoring searches and queries required to support the university of waterloo’s media monitoring and reporting needs;
• Configuration of alerts, digests, and reporting outputs;
• Configuration of media outreach and distribution capabilities, where applicable.
3. Training and enablement
• Training for core users prior to the go-live date;
• Access to user documentation, help resources, and support materials;
• Reasonable knowledge transfer to ensure effective ongoing use of the platform.
4. Ongoing support and service
• Ongoing technical and customer support for the platform;
• Incident management, issue resolution, and escalation processes consistent with the service provider’s service level commitments;
• Continued access to platform functionality and subscribed data sets.
- Budget Maximum
• The budget is capped at $66,000 cad plus HST annually.
