Antilock Braking System Diagnosis, Analysis, and Reporting Software

The Vendor is required to provide antilock braking system (ABS) diagnostic software to support maintenance of the department fleet of vehicles.
- Deployment Options
1. Software Type:
•    Preferably Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) or Software as a Service (SaaS) with minimal customization.
•    Should support on-premise installation for secure environments.
2. Installation Requirements:
•    Clearly defined hardware and software prerequisites for laptops and workstations.
•    Lightweight enough for field laptops used in roadside diagnostics.
- Hardware & Interface Compatibility
1. Diagnostic Adapter Support:
•    Fully compatible with Nexiq USB Link 2 and 3.
2. Operating System:
•    Must run on Windows 11 (64-bit).
3. Offline Capability:
•    Must be fully functional without internet access for roadside or remote diagnostics.
•    Licensing and updates should not require constant connectivity.
- Diagnostic Capabilities:
•    Read and interpret ABS fault codes.
•    Retrieve live sensor data, event logs, and freeze frame data.
•    Perform bi-directional controls (e.g., valve actuation, modulator tests).
•    Provide wiring diagrams and component-level diagnostics (e.g., wheel speed sensors, ECUs).
•    Graph and trend sensor signals and waveform data.
