RFP Description

The Vendor is required to provide a comprehensive, evidence-based software solution to support student wellness, prevention, and behavioral health initiatives.
- The platform must provide virtual learning modules for wellness topics, including: mental health, interpersonal violence/sexual assault prevention, alcohol and other drug education, and hazing prevention. 
- The solution should allow administrators to track module completion, access pre- and post-assessment data, and categorize students by university affiliations (e.g., athletics).
- The platform should include personalized self-assessment tools for students referred for substance related violations or self-referred for personal health and wellness. 
- These tools must enable confidential intake assessments, provide normative feedback using national data sets, and allow staff to export assessment re4sults for re4view and planning. 
- The solution will automate follow-up assessments (e.g., six-month post-assessment) to measure behavioral change over time.

o    Longitudinal data collection (e.g., 6-month post-module follow-up)

- Self-Assessment and Reflection module Capabilities:
o    Need to be confidential and self-assessment for:
o    Alcohol use (frequency, quantity, duration, estimated BAC)
o    Drug use behaviors
o    Associated costs (financial impact)
o    Social aspects and consequences
o    Personalized feedback including:
o    Risk level indicators
o    Normative comparisons to national college student data
o    Strategies for harm reduction and healthier choices
o    Values Reflection Activity:
o    Interactive exercise for students to identify and rank personal values
o    Reflection on how substance use may impact those values
o    Feedback connecting values to decision-making and wellness goals
o    Reporting & Analytics:
o    Aggregate, anonymous data for program evaluation
o    Ability to break down by demographics
o    Track participation rates
o    Pre-, post-, and longitudinal data to evaluate impact of interventions
- Requirements for all modules:
•    Accessibility & Integration: ADA/WCAG compliant, mobile-friendly, integration with campus systems (LMS, student portal), Single Sign-On (SSO) capability
•    Security & Compliance: FERPA-compliant data handling, secure storage and encryption, meets Title IX, Act, and institutional compliance requirements
•    Administrative Tools: Real-time tracking of student progress and completion, generate reports by cohort, demographic, or custom filters, exportable data for compliance and program evaluation
•    Customization & Branding: Ability to customize content based on state and university-specific needs and branding options
•    Evidence-Based Design: Use validated assessment tools and national benchmark data, content grounded in behavioral health research.
