- This solution was deployed across several ministries to facilitate rapid information sharing in critical situations.
- Historically allocated approximately $50,000 annually to deliver emergency notification services to an estimated 5,000 ministry contacts.
- A service support model that is multi-channel that can be engaged for issues, change requests, general inquiries, etc.
- Requires a mass notification system that can send multi-type / multi-channel messages to many different types of users.
- System Administrator: will perform system wide administrative tasks. Commonly called a super user or overall system administrator.
- The Enterprise eGIS deployment enables the government to manage and maintain information in either standard spatial data formats – vector or raster content.
- Its ability to be re-used on the Enterprise platform for one or more tenants (Ministries), as a whole solution;
- Its ability to perform on a Multi-Tenant (Ministry) platform considering change management, governance, re-use and optimized user licensing at the enterprise level
- System software licensing, installation/configuration, data migration/implementation, identifiable project deliverables based on customer’s needs, and yearly system infrastructure support and maintenance for the life of the solution.
