RFP Description

The Vendor is required to provide for a comprehensive assessment management tool (AMT) solution.  
- Application Review – Branch staff review the application package, perform a risk evaluation, and check the application for completeness. The AMT will generate notifications to customers for missing information.
- Provide for a software solution and professional services to design, configure, implement and support an Assessment Management Tool.
- Assessment Execution – The Assessment team will review the customers’ documents and records and assess the customer’s organization through on-site or remote assessments. The AMT will facilitate the management of assessment plans and execution of assessments. The Assessment team will record the findings in the AMT. Findings include nonconformities, observations and commendations.
- Maintaining Accreditation – The AMT will generate a cycle plan that includes activities the customer needs to perform to maintain accreditation status. The AMT will enable scheduling of activities and will support monitoring of ongoing compliance, capturing scope modifications (reduction, expansion, relocation and/or renovation) and surveillance assessments.
- Accessibility – Internal users are provided secure, web-based interfaces accessible from agency offices and remote locations. External applicants access systems through web portals with appropriate authentication and security.
