The Vendor is required to provide to gather detailed insight into modern Cemetery Management Software solutions capable of supporting operations across the City's municipal cemetery system.
- Confirmation, clarification, and supplemental details from firms regarding their system capabilities, technical requirements, security posture, integrations options, and overall suitability to meet the City's operational, administrative, and long-term strategic needs.
- Recognizing the operational inefficiencies and service challenges this created, the Cemetery Division has identified the need for a modern Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to streamline processes, enhance record accuracy, and reduce service disruptions.
- The City has been actively assessing CRM solutions capable of supporting the complex operational needs of the municipal cemetery system and their capabilities to support this project.
