The Vendor is required to provide a third-party data manager solution.
- Milestones
• Requirements gathering, approval, and development;
• Security design reviews;
• Network infrastructure implementation;
• Environment installation and setup;
• Integration with state internal network and users;
• Integration with the agency secure web portal;
• Testing, data migration planning and execution;
• Training for internal users, external submitters, department system administrators, etc.;
• Production deployment; and
• Transition assistance during both the initial and subsequent handover and transition periods to help users adapt to the new solutions effectively.
- The solution must also meet Minimum System Requirements for data security, including but not limited to: Encryption; Authentication & Access; Audit Logging; Incident Response; Compliance Certification; Data Ownership and Residency; and EHR Interoperability.
- Solution must ensure database meets federal and state-level privacy and HIPAA compliance standards, as well as data confidentiality and protections standards.
