The Vendor is required to provide to review subscription price quotations from prospective email verification service.
- This subscription will be used to identify and weed out invalid, disposable, “honeypot” and “black hole” email addresses in order to produce a list of clean, fully deliverable email addresses for marketing and market research purposes.
- Five user accounts will be required for Administrative access and Report access.
- Provide an activity report for each month within 10 days following the end of each month. The report shall include the number of credits purchased and frequency, and billed amount.
- must have a minimum of three years of experience and shall provide a minimum of five references spanning the last three years to demonstrate experience and capabilities in verifying email addresses
- If a domain is found to be invalid, or an MX entry is missing, marks the corresponding email address as invalid.
- Throwaway/disposable email addresses, or “junk collector” email addresses, are detected and processed appropriately. These are usually used for signup forms or to bypass login forms which require a valid email address.
- Detects spam seeds, BOTs, honeypots, blacklisted, or bogus email addresses by checking the addresses in the list against the known list of email addresses/ domains, used for trapping spammers.
- API and JavaScript implementation availability methods for real time and bulk email verification.
- Seamless integration with major Email service providers, such as SendGrid, Campaigner, VerticalResponse etc.
- Performs deep-level extended SMTP verifications on each email address. The addresses will be pinged for mailbox existence without sending an actual email to the inbox.
- Provides data overview report of entities such as Validation Results and Top domains corresponding to the number of emails per list. The reporting need to be provided with each batch of emails submitted for cleansing.
