Electronic Youth Monitoring System

The Vendor is required to provide an electronic youth monitoring system for the department.
- The state entity has identified a need to advance to a security system that allows for a more "hands-off" approach to documentation and oversight.
- System requirements include:
•    Documentation Software: For well-being checks, inspections, inmate activities, and management of officer tasks/workflows.
•    Real-Time Alerts: Automated notifications and alerts for facility staff.
•    Safety Monitoring: Electronic products specifically for cell checks and suicide watches.
•    Mobile Automation: Handheld officer documentation and automation tools.
•    Active Tracking & ID: Wristband tags and ID badges for active RF tracking, including laser-printable RFID wristbands for inmate identification.
•    Emergency Signaling: Dedicated devices for officer and staff emergency/duress signaling.
