The Vendor is required to provide a comprehensive Financial Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software solution, including implementation services, configuration, data migration, training, and ongoing support.

- The selected solution must enable real-time access to information, streamline workflows, and support informed decision-making through reliable reporting and analytics.
- This ERP implementation is intended to be a strategic, long-term investment in the City’s operational foundation, and the selected vendor will be expected to demonstrate both technical expertise and a strong understanding of municipal operations, public sector environments, and change management while partnering closely with City leadership and key departments to ensure a successful, low-disruption implementation that positions city for sustainable growth and continuous improvement.

• Must include a companion status and health check monitoring service that shows the city the current health of the service or be able to provide proof of system uptime on daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Provide a testing and staging environment.
• Must have incident notification mechanisms in place (such as email or SMS) for any service outage or security incident.
