The Vendor is required to provide to implement and customize Salesforce solutions and provide on-going support for system maintenance, system upgrades, and required fixes for the Corporation’s Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (“Salesforce”).
- Salesforce is a software tool for use by all departments within the Corporation. Salesforce is currently designed to enhance activities related to business retention and expansion, business attraction, and relationship management.
- This ongoing work requires an enterprise consultant. To accommodate the needs of all departments, new solutions and/or third-party products must be identified, configured, and integrated with the existing Salesforce system as well.
- Salesforce will be used to:
• Manage business relationships
• Track activity related to client visits and general client engagement
• Evaluate business impacts (value, growth, risk, and satisfaction) to identify issues and opportunities
• Track prospects, firm expansions, and/or startup projects each with project specific teams
• Coordinate service delivery to existing companies
• Manage programmatic data including specified program input and output KPIs and other tracking of service delivery
• Provide dash boarding and other user-friendly reporting for internal audiences
- The consulting firm will assist the Corporation’s System Administrator by providing as needed monthly support for the following:
• System enhancements, configurations, optimizations, maintenance, fixes, and updates to the Salesforce Lightning platform.
• Salesforce, Sales Cloud system maintenance
• System or third-party application identification, integration, customization, and optimization related to the Corporation’s new programs and services and/or business process improvements
• Systems administrator and user training
• Salesforce Public Sector Solutions Grant Management tools integration.
