The Vendor is required to provide hardware, software, support services and related items, on an as needed basis for agency toll collection back office solution and tier one (1) datacenters.
- Include manufacturer datasheets or technical sheets, estimated lead time, warranty details, installation plans and support services for all applicable products within the attachment titled Hardware, Software, and Support Services Items, under Supporting Documentation
- Employment policies for new hires, including temporary personnel, a pre and postemployment background check are required on each temporary.
- Must provide the following information before placement is accepted:
o Verification of previous employment.
o License / certifications, if appropriate (from original source, if possible).
o Recent performance evaluations (if available).
o Test scores (if required i.e. aptitude, skills testing).
o Proof of criminal activity background check.
o A drug and alcohol test with confirmatory testing in the event of a positive screen.
o All personnel must have the necessary education, training, certification and registration for the position.
o Vendor shall administer and be financially responsible for all applicable testing, screening an evaluation of new hires, including temporary personnel.
o All personnel must meet, on a continuing basis, all training and regulatory requirements appropriate to their duties.
