The Vendor is required to provide a detailed project plan to outline the process and timeline for implementation, roles/responsibilities for your company and the university, the strategy, and the resources/tools available (technical and strategic) for maximizing the gift documentation platform and autonomous fundraiser/engagement officer.
- Provide Advancement Officers with a dashboard with pre-built templates for easy multi-year commitments.
- Automate pledge reminders.
- Provide a new way to connect with and solicit alumni and donors through a personalized autonomous virtual gift/engagement officer, to supplement the university Advancement team and increase philanthropy and engagement metrics.
- The capability for adhering to brand guidelines and for customizing page templates and communications based on campaign or initiative.
- The process for making alterations to the design, layout, format or content of the University pledge and pledge reminder templates and any communications by the autonomous fundraiser/engagement officer.
- Solution provide an electronic means of updating, storing and downloading donor information
- Ability to provide the University’s Advancement Services department with assistance, if needed, for the interface (import/export of data) with Slate.
