The Vendor is required to provide for a college and career readiness platform with comprehensive student services.
- Provide for a robust college and career readiness platform designed to support students in their academic planning, career discovery, postsecondary preparation, and life readiness.
- The platform should empower students, engage families and community partners, and enable counselors and educators to provide data-driven support throughout a student's K-12 journey.
- Platform must provide:
• Career exploration tools based on interests and aptitudes
• College search and comparison features
• College application system integration and document submission capabilities that align with third-party systems such as the common application
• Academic planning (including pathway/course alignment)
• Individual graduation plan or individual career and academic plan functionality (matching the requirements of the bridge bill)
• Ability for counselors and CTAE instructors to track student progress in real time
• Goal setting and reflection, resume and portfolio building, digital badging
• Parent/guardian/community partner access
• K-12 scalability with age-appropriate features
• NCAA eligibility tracking
• Scholarship alignment and FAFSA assistance
• Alumni tracking and outcome analytics
• Community service and volunteer hour tracking and analytics
• Centralized transcript requests and submission functionality
• Ongoing student and stakeholder customizable survey tools
• Customizable college and career readiness accountability tracker/portrait of graduate tracker

• Streamlined coordination and promotion of events and opportunities based on interest and aptitudes
• Customizable district dashboard to assist with analyzing assessment data for real time implementation of interventions with administrators, teachers, and students.
- The platform must:
• Integrate with PowerSchool SIS and allow automated data updates
• Be FERPA and COPPA compliant
• Provide single sign-on options through ClassLink
• Be accessible on mobile and desktop devices
• Support rostering and data sync (preferably nightly)
• Provide customizable analytics and reporting dashboards for school and district leaders.
