RFP Description

The Vendor is required to provide and implement a platform for human resource information, learning management, and payroll processing (“HRIS System”) supporting the entire human resources lifecycle.
- Provide these services to health connector staff, administration, and job applicants (collectively, “Customers”).
- All processes will be automated/electronic, and include, but will not be limited to:
•    Timekeeping (hourly/salary);
•    Accruals;
•    Employee life cycle management (including without limitation recruiting, onboarding, off boarding);
•    Benefits administration for the benefits administered and provided by the health connector and provision of links to commonwealth sites pertaining to commonwealth provided benefits;
•    Certification/credential tracking;
•    Immigration status tracking;
•    Client organizational structure and charts;
•    Position management;
•    Government compliance reporting;
•    Standard and custom reporting;
•    Employee surveys and feedback;
•    Payroll;
•    Employee self-service portal
•    Leave management;
•    Talent/application tracker;
•    Recordkeeping (i.e., employee files, separate employee medical files);
•    Delivery of all forms (i.e., employee handbook, disciplinary action, etc.);
•    Performance management (i.e., performance reviews, goal setting/tracking, etc.);

•    Employee recognition.
