- Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
•    Ability to communicate with property and business owners
•    Ability to track communication
•    Directory and contact management Capabilities
- Project Management
•    Property-Development activities
•    Program implementation and administration
•    Contract administration
- Integration
•    Possible Integration with City's website.
