Government Capital Project Budget and Planning Software

The Vendor is required to provide system should be a scalable software solution capable of supporting multiple capital projects and integrating with the city’s existing financial and operational systems.
- Desired System Capabilities:
•    Integration with Tyler Enterprise ERP and Project mates
•    Ability to import project revenue and expenditure data, including budgets, actuals, projections, and available balances
•    Ability to report project details by allocated general ledger accounts
•    Ability to generate fund-level reports with itemized project details
•    Ability to maintain and produce reports for up to 10 years of capital planning
