The vendor is required to provide complete turnkey solution, including all labor, materials, equipment, software, configuration, testing, and documentation necessary for a fully operational system.
- Measurement locations
• Inlet flume
o Measurement of flow rate and water depth as appropriate for the flume configuration.
• Pond water level
o Continuous measurement of pond stage (water surface elevation).
• Outlet flume
o Measurement of flow rate and water depth as appropriate for the outlet structure.
- Data logging and control
• All sensor readings shall be collected and logged by data acquisition equipment located in the existing pump house.
• Data logging equipment shall:
o Store data locally for a minimum period defined by the proposer
o Allow configurable logging intervals
o Support system diagnostics and status monitoring
- Telemetry and communications
• Data shall be made remotely available to authorized users via a secure web-based interface.
• Primary communication method shall be cellular data service.
• Proposers shall also identify an alternative communication option, such as a local wireless internet service provider (wisp), should cellular service prove unreliable or unavailable.
• Vendor shall be responsible for:
o Configuration of telemetry hardware
o Integration with data hosting platform
o Coordination of data transmission methods
- Software and data access
• A web-based dashboard accessible via standard internet browsers
• Real-time and historical data visualization
• Data export capabilities (e.g., csv or excel format)
• User access controls
• Alarm or notification capabilities (preferred but not required), such as alerts for high or low water levels
- Power and enclosures
• Vendor shall identify power requirements for all equipment.
• All field equipment shall be housed in weather-resistant enclosures suitable for outdoor and pump house environments.
- Installation and commissioning
• Installation of all sensors, telemetry hardware, and related equipment
• System configuration and calibration
• End-to-end testing of data collection and remote access
• Final commissioning and acceptance testing with district staff
- Documentation and training
• As-built documentation, including wiring diagrams and sensor locations
• System operation and maintenance manuals
• Training for designated district personnel.
