The Vendor is required to provide an Online Proctoring Solution (OPS) that may include a lockdown browser, automated proctoring, live remote proctoring, or an integrated combination of these capabilities.
- Provide a secure and flexible online proctoring solution to support the academic integrity of online testing across a range of course and program needs.
- Support secure administration of online exams by helping confirm student identity, ensuring compliance with testing conditions, and providing mechanisms to detect, deter, and/or report testing irregularities.
- The University intends to offer proctoring options for students that complement common testing needs (including online components used in in-person courses), with specific usage determined by faculty, program requirements, and accommodation needs.

- Provide automated proctoring, live proctoring, lockdown-browser-only solutions, or integrated models combining these capabilities.
- System must allow for various system roles, such as student, faculty, administrator, super user, etc.
- System must be compatible with all major operating systems and should support mobile devices where possible for testing
- System must detail the supported browsers for online proctoring solution.
- System must provide options that allow the use of browser-based software products and other applications, such as screen readers, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environment, and assistive technologies.
- Must provide a list of compatible support materials for students (hand-written notes, etc.) allowed in the exam.
