The Vendor is required to provide for aviation operations, maintenance, & inventory tracking software and support.
- Set and/or customize:
• Set status of aircraft component(s) and/or customize task revision status
• User permission roles
• Alerts for inspections, maintenance on equipment
• To limit access to inventory and supply to parts personnel only
• Multiple statements within the task certification area and apply to appropriate tail numbers
• Corrective actions on task cards to apply the P/N, S/N and tool storage location
• Readiness level status, automatic alerts for upcoming currency requirements, and check ride expirations
• Alert system for approaching or lapsed currencies
- Track:
• Stock activity (incoming/outgoing)
• Usage, inspection, and maintenance requirements for Ground Support Equipment
• Life cycle of component(s) through entirety of a work order
• Vendor Charges for parts and/or maintenance
• Maintenance personnel credentials
• Issued equipment and/or gear per individual
• Training history and required reoccurring training
• Crew designation, qualifications, and annual training requirements
• Pilot/crew currency for day and/or night, NVG, and instrument flights
- Generate and/or create:
• Report alerts of inventory that is slow-moving and/or nearing shelf-life expiration.
• Report of aircraft fleet cost summaries vs. availability rate/mission capability rate, for individual aircraft and/or groups of aircraft
• Sticker to affix to necessary location during the aircraft release process for completed maintenance
• Shipping labels for components going to and from hangar
• Progress reports showing pending work, completion percentage and priority of tasks
• Budget and cost reports for audits or internal reviews
• Purchase orders for materials, repairs and/or exchanges
• Purchasing history reports
• Orders for handling third-party service requirements
• Workflow approvals based on permission levels
• Aircraft maintenance schedule to incorporate links to all components and job tasks
• Report on unanticipated discrepancies found during maintenance / inspections
• Work orders (customizable to agency)– as well as being able to review, manage, and close them
• Emails to selected address of service and parts purchase orders
• Real time dashboard showing aircraft and crew availability
• Automatic digital flight log entry and aircraft time reconciliation
• Digital notifications for expiring currencies, trainings, check rides, and aircraft discrepancies.
