Translation Services

The vendor required to provide legal translation services from english to French and French to english.
- Requirement:
•    Translate and prepare official bilingual versions of final agreements, agreements-in-principle (AIP), and related legal texts;
•    Translate, revise, and verify various legal texts in both official languages;
•    Provide advice and terminology support to negotiation teams;
•    Serve as the single point of contact for translation coordination;
•    Attend meetings with negotiation teams or leads as required to ensure contextual understanding;
•    Contribute to the development of templates, standards, and linguistic tools;
•    Deliver electronic versions of all draft and final documents in the same format and layout as the original;
•    Participate in final text reviews with stakeholders such as department and central agencies;
•    Provide consulting rates for ad hoc legal-linguistic advice.
