AI-Based Roadway and Municipal Asset Condition Assessment Software

The vendor required to provide software-based, smartphone-enabled artificial intelligence (AI) solution to assess, document, and manage roadway surface conditions and municipal right-of-way assets.
- Provide a fully functional, hosted (cloud-based) software platform utilizing smartphone technology and AI analytics capable of continuously monitoring pavement conditions and municipal assets across the township’s roadway network.
- Functional requirements
•    The system shall include roadway surface assessment, municipal asset identification, lifecycle management, prioritization analytics, manual data collection, interoperability, and continuous updates.
