The vendor is required to provide executive recruitment services to nationally recruit candidates and assist with the selection process for one (1) executive role: general manager.
- Requirement:
• Meet with agency board executive committee to develop a job profile.
• Develop recruiting plan.
• Identify appropriate advertising sources.
• Prepare and place brochures and advertisements.
• Directly contact prospective candidates.
• Accept applications and resumes.
• Manage candidate correspondence.
• Prepare written summaries of candidates’ qualifications.
• Develop appropriate processes, resources, and materials for use in selecting candidates and finalists.
• Perform comprehensive background checks of finalist.
