Property Appraisal Services

The vendor required to provide property appraisal services to conduct appraisals of state real property for purposes of the education and municipal property tax grand lists.
- The appraisals are to be offered for grand list values of property and for defending the appeals of the appraisals.
- Perform various tasks necessary to prepare updated estimates of value and supporting documentation for the facilities and lands as requested by the department.
- Provide consulting and expert testimony to assist the state of which could include assistance with research, records review, assistance with discovery and attendance and testimony at depositions and trial.
- The appraiser will be expected to be available to testify in support of these appraisals as needed throughout any appeals process involving the municipalities and the state.
