- Preserve guides
•    Agency produces a preserve guide that contains detailed information about each of agency 25 preserves that are open to the public including maps, history, and additional information. 
•    The current specs are: 
o    8.5x11, 64-page guide. 
o    Full color.
- Views newsletter
•    Quantity: 12,600 (12,000 mailed with postage, remainder no postage boxed and shipped to agency) 
•    17x22 folds to 11x17 then to 8.5x11, 4-page tabloid newsletter with the addition of a 17x11 page printed front and back inserted and folded loosely (no binding) inside 
•    Hard copy proof sent to graphic designer to review. 
•    Digital proof to agency staff 
•    Stock: 70# conservation text, 100% or 30% post-consumer waste 
•    Ink: soy-based 4 color process throughout w/bleeds.
