Strategic Planning Consultant Services

The Vendor is required to provide a consulting and facilitation services to guide the development of a new strategic plan.
- Development of a Strategic Plan should be a college wide, inclusive planning process that will utilize internal/external stakeholder input and relevant factors affecting higher education generally and College specifically
- The plan shall include at minimum:
• Desired Future State
• Strategic direction for the next 3+ years; recommend plan timeframe
• Strategic goals for the institution
• Strategies to meet established goals
• Deep integration and cohesion with other institutional plans such as the Academic and Student Affairs Master Plan, Facilities Master Plan, among others
• Key Performance Indicators: statistical measures presenting (direct/indirect) effectiveness of accomplishing strategic plan goals
• Reexamination of the College’ Vision and Mission Statements along with the College’s core values to ensure they support strategic goals
