The Vendor is required to provide multimedia advertising campaign for the foster grandparents program
- Program serves a dual purpose in that it provides income-eligible adults, age 55 and older, with meaningful volunteer opportunities, while also meeting critical community needs by serving children with special and exceptional needs.
- Advertising campaign will increase awareness of FGP services across the ten (10) service areas and serve as a recruitment tool for potential volunteers and volunteer stations.
- Develop a marketing plan for direct mail and print media. HHS reserves the right to add or remove advertising mediums during the contract term and at its sole discretion. The Contractor shall monitor the advertising campaign, implement optimizations, and direct impressions to the best performing exchanges, tactics, and sites.
- Print Media:
a) Advertising in the Temple service area only as identified in document Service Location(s)
b) 1/2- and 1/4-page advertisements in smaller, rural newspapers, and senior citizen magazines in the designated service area.
1. Publications can be both free and paid subscriptions.
2. Ensure the ads run for a four (4) week period.
