The vendor required to provide event photography and documentation services for include:
1. Include photography and videography documentation and monitoring of agency grantee programs on neighbor islands
• The work shall in general include action shots of teachers, students, committees, artists, art activities, and other activities as appropriate for the specific program, to be determined with the photography team and staff at agency.
• The work shall also include video coverage of programming and on-camera interviews with grantee participants
• Photographer and videographer must wear an approved media badge.
• Digital images and videos of programs must be included as part of bid proposal.
• Deliverables to be determined for each program by the photography and videography team and agency staff.
2. Include photography and videography for up to 20 public programs at the agency capitol modern
• The work shall in general include action shots of performers, artists, art activities, and museum visitors interacting in galleries and with artists and performers.
• Photographers must rove through events for approximately 2-3 hours per event and must wear an approved media badge.
• Digital images and videos of events must be included as part of bid proposal.
• At least 50 digital images and one recap video must be submitted per event, no later than 10 days after the event occurs.
3. Photography and videography for up to 20 additional agency programs, including but not limited to education-based programs, commissioned works of art projects, and other programs as needed
• The work shall in general include action shots of teachers, students, committees, artists, art activities, and other activities as appropriate for the specific program, to be determined with the photography team and staff at agency.
• Photographer must wear an approved media badge.
• Digital images and videos must be included as part of bid proposal.
• Deliverables to be determined for each program by the photography team and agency staff.
• Must be delivered no later than 10 days after the program occurs.
