Transit Advertising Services

The vendor required to provide transit advertising weekday local service through an on-demand service (book my bus) utilizing up to six buses in the peak period.
- Transit ridership in 2025 was over 178,000, an increase of 206% since service commenced in 2014 and over 16% above 2024 numbers. 
- Lats ridership is approximately 28,000 per year.
- The transit fleet includes:
•    Four (4) 40’ new flyer xcelsior xd-40
•    Two (2) 27’ arboc spirit of mobility
•    Two(2) 28’ arboc spirit of freedom
•    Three (3) ford transit cutaways
•    Four (4) ford transit 350
•    Seven (7) paratransit buses of various models

•    Transit benches
•    Transit bus interiors and exteriors on all buses
- The city intends to acquire a comprehensive solution, for all requirements including:
•    Providing advertising services, inclusive of sales, ad creation, ad production, maintenance, installation*, inventory management, contracts and billing, collections, credit reporting, and any other contract management needs that advertising clients may require; 
•    Repair, maintenance and inspection of any damage to the transit fleet or bus shelters resulting from the installation or removal of advertising; 
•    Providing reporting and payment to the city as per the agreed terms and conditions of the resulting contract; 
•    Suggesting new advertising products and opportunities, as available, for the city to consider during the contract term, to maximize transit advertising revenues.
