RFP Description

The vendor required to provide athletics marketing and communication services for include:
1. Proposed strategy and campaign development that outlines the following:
•    Campaign concept and positioning rooted in the aggie athletics identity and brand.
•    Core campaign narrative and value proposition.
•    Defined target audiences and segmentation strategy
•    Fundraising roadmap and timeline aligned to a six-month campaign window.
2. Brand, messaging, and creative direction
•    Development of key messages and supporting message stacks for use across all channels.
•    Tone and voice guidelines specific to athletics fundraising.
•    Visual and creative direction aligned with existing brand standards.
•    Adaptation of messaging for print, email, web, and social platforms.
3. Content creation and storytelling
•    Development of donor and impact stories that highlight athletics programs, student-athletes, coaches, and outcomes.
•    Written content for:
o    Print collateral
o    Digital ads and landing pages
o    Email campaigns
o    Campaign updates and progress communications
o    Recommendations for video or multimedia storytelling, if applicable.
4. Email marketing and donor communications
•    Design and execution of email sequencing and message stacking.
•    Appeals, reminders, progress updates, and urgency-driven messaging.
•    Segmentation and personalization strategy.
•    Coordination with giving days, milestones, and challenge gifts, if applicable.
5. Regular giving and stewardship support
•    Messaging strategies to support monthly or recurring giving programs.
•    Donor acknowledgment and stewardship communications during the campaign.
•    Ongoing campaign updates to maintain momentum and transparency.
