- Marketing materials and strategy:
• Develop the marketing plan to advance agency mission in collaboration with the VP, public relations.
• Deliver relevant materials, tools and resources from collateral to advertising to surveys in order to reach targeted agency audiences.
• Create and execute data driven marketing strategy for the agency’s programs and events.
- Advertising campaigns:
• Develop and execute advertising and marketing strategies, activities.
• Plans various agency programs, legislative and public policy initiatives, sponsor acquisitions, strategic alliance partner activities, special events and campaigns.
• Develop strategies and manage advertising campaigns across social media, online publications, print and broadcast platforms.
• Track and analyze website traffic to inform strategy to drive traffic to the website and improve user experience.
- Communications management:
• Manage communications delivery, feedback, and measurement of campaigns.
• Provide guidance and performance evaluation for social media efforts.
• Develop appropriate communications and marketing strategies and materials in the right language and format for use and implementation by agency.
- Training and capacity building:
• Provide training on the contractor’s recommended communication and marketing tools to applicable internal agency staff, approximately 5, to keep current with communications and marketing tools and tactics, including social media, monitoring, analysis, measurement, and other resources that support the agency’s ability to ensure a comprehensive marketing approach.
• Build capacity among agency divisions positioning them to better lead communications and digital strategy from the ground by leading trainings and presentations.
- Collaboration and brand consistency:
• Ensure brand alignment, consistent brand identity, awareness, and image of the agency is conveyed in all marketing messages and communication efforts.
• Advises staff on development and implementation of marketing strategies and materials, including media buys.
• Develop creative briefs, advises staff on development and implementation of marketing strategies and materials, including media buys and marketing materials.

• Coordinate content calendars, enhance digital experiences, and maintain branding.
• Use graphic design tools for multimedia content creation.
