The vendor required to provide entertainment promotion and production services for include:
1. Marketing and promotion
• Responsible for creation, design, and execution of all promotional and marketing materials.
• Describe marketing channels, timelines, and audience targeting strategies.
• Address approach and process.
• Providing examples of prior promotional campaigns to highlight successful rollouts.
• This could include showcase of dynamic media work.
• Work such as video reels, mixed media, printed material, etc.
• All promotional materials must receive prior written approval from the university before release.
2. Ticketing requirements
• Negotiate and identify a set number of student discount tickets, at prices mutually agreed upon by the university and vendor.
• Determine a set number of complimentary tickets (if different than the minimum) allocated for:
o University giveaways
o Promoter use
o Artist comps
3. Pep rally artist support
• Responsible for reaching out to the agency and management to get pricing and enter the contract with the artist
• Provide university with invoice to pay vendor for artist
• Manage travel, production and all other aspects of performance
• Engagement and compliance with university for final approval of all aspects.
4. Production and venue management
• Handle all aspects of show production, including staging, sound, lighting, and technical riders.
• Contract venues for shows
• Coordinate and provide security services, compliant with university and local requirements.
