Videography and Photography Services

The Vendor is required to provide videography and photography professionals to document and tell the story of our community revitalization work through a mix of short-form recap videos, event photography, and long-form documentary-style content. 
- Our events range from intimate downtown community gatherings to large-scale signature public art and place making festivals. 
- We are seeking creative partners who can capture people, place, process, and impact, and who understand storytelling in rural, community-centered environments.  
- Short-Form Event Coverage (Recap-Style)
1. Events include:
•    Community Event – March 13, 2026
•    Main Street Summer Socials (Summer 2026 – multiple dates)
•    Cookies & Cheers (December 2026)
•    DRI Ribbon Cuttings and Groundbreakings
- Signature Event Documentary Coverage (Long-Form)
•    We are seeking documentary-style video production for our three signature annual events, capturing not just the event day but the broader story, preparation, and community impact.
•    3–4 minute documentary-style video per event
•    Interviews with artists, apprentices, community members, and partners
•    Event-day footage and b-roll
•    Edited short excerpts for social media and reporting

•    Apprentice-focused video highlighting training, mentorship, and skills development
2. Photography
•    Event photography
•    Architectural / in-situ mural photography
•    Before hours / after hours
•    Clean building shots
•    Detail and context shots of completed murals
3. This content is used extensively for state reporting, national conferences, grant applications, and archival documentation.
