The Vendor is required to provide creative services and advertising, and marketing vendors to provide services across the agency.
- Provide project management and creative services, including advertising and marketing platforms on an as-needed basis, including but not limited to the following components:
A. Media and Print Campaign
• Marketing tools/strategies that incorporate both traditional and digital media platforms (i.e., social media, online, search engine optimization etc.)
• A multimedia campaign that promotes general awareness of Foster Care/Adoption Systems, and other related agency initiatives as needed.
• Promotion and materials for specific events including, but not limited to:
• Foster Parent Appreciation and Foster Care Month in the month of May
• Adoption Events
• Foster Parent Recruitment Events
• Annual Career and College Fair for Foster Youth
2. Marketing strategy incorporating print material, media platforms, ad buys, etc.
• Media buy (i.e., Google ads, social media, CTV) for comprehensive campaigns and ensuring ongoing awareness about foster care and adoption and related agency initiatives as needed.
3. Brand/Logo Design (as needed)
• Maintain an innovative, fresh look to the current campaign logo to match a brand that can appeal to a diverse audience, including prospective foster and adoptive parents as well as other agency initiatives as needed.
• Potentially guide the Department in designing and launching a modern logo that reflects the
• Department’s current and future mission, along with a brand and style guide.
