The vendor is required to provide production services for events that feature artist entertainment including, but not limited to staging, lighting, sound equipment, power supply and labor for various venues.
- Responsibilities
• Provide a quote for each concert and event that itemizes the following:
1. Production expenses
o Stage, sound, and lights
o Backline rental
o Event staff
2. Artist expenses
o Talent buys
o Artist food and beverage, artist transportation, and artist hotel
o Company service fee
• Provide the necessary number of staff and representative(s) for event operations as it relates to the needs of artist and production services.
• Provide food and beverage they deem necessary for their staff and associated production staff.
• Provide rental tent for backstage artist hospitality if existing indoor and outdoor facility is not available.
• Provide parking for their staff.
• Lane closures and right-of-way permits are for artist and production service vehicles only.
• Provide a detailed run-of-show and load-in and load-out schedule to the county for approval at least two weeks prior to scheduled events.
• Provide the delivery, installation, and operation of professional stage, sound and backline, and lighting systems as requested by the artist.
• Provide the delivery, installation, and operation of professional front of house and monitor consoles.
• Providing a tent for the front of the house position.
• Tent must be a white color, commercial grade, pop-up or frame style tent.
• Provide for the scheduling and operation of all on-site and off-site transportation needs as it relates to artist and production services
• Provide the delivery, installation, and operation of ancillary power generator(s) at all the park site(s) that provides enough power to support the production set-up.
• Provide the delivery, installation, and operation of any other additional equipment needed to support artist and production services.
• Provide lighting for production breakdown.
• Provide artist promotional materials, links to social media, etc. to ensure adequate marketing.
