Business Engagement and Promotion Services

The vendor is required to provide business engagement and promotion services for include:
•    Build and maintain relationships with city-based businesses across multiple commercial areas and facilitate collaboration, peer connection, and shared problem-solving within the local business community. 
•    Lead coordinated marketing, storytelling, and promotional efforts that elevate the visibility of city businesses and commercial areas among residents, employees who work in city, and the surrounding region. 
•    Convene businesses to support locally driven promotional and placemaking activities that highlight the unique character of city commercial areas. 
•    Serve as a trusted point of support and advocacy for businesses, including helping connect business owners with appropriate town staff or resources when needed.
