Trade Services

The vendor is required to provide trade services to municipalities, counties, school districts, and other government agencies on as-needed basis.
- Requirement:
•    Plumbing trade: labor
•    HVAC trade: labor
•    Concrete trade: labor
•    Carpentry: labor
•    Paint trades: labor
•    Electrical trade: labor
•    Roofing: labor
•    Other costs
•    Other ancillary goods or services.
- Additional charges that are allowed but must be itemized on the quote for work include but are not limited to:
•    Payment and performance bond requirements
•    Overtime hours
•    Fuel charge
•    Trip charge
•    Environmental fees
•    Debris removal and hauling fee
•    Emergency call out charge
•    Other charges not listed above should be detailed on an additional sheet.
