Employee Assistance Program Services

The vendor required to provide employee assistance program (EAP) service categories include, but are not limited to the following:
•    Well-being, including emotional and mental concerns
•    Grief and loss
•    Legal problems
•    Family and domestic concerns
•    Health concerns
•    Chemical dependence or substance abuse
•    Financial concern.
